There is a family that’s cooks fresh Boar meat and Huli Huli Chciken over Keawe Wood in Anahola and it’s so good. They trap the boar and smoke it during the week and cook and sell it on Saturdays and Sundays only. That’s what I call sustainable living, there are other vendors selling their goods and it’s all from Kauai. I’m going to miss riding out there and getting a plate lunch and ordering my slab of meat to take home for dinner.
